This page explains the information used by Sunloop Games. It is a plain-language launch policy and should be reviewed against SunloopMedia’s legal entity, contact details, and applicable local law before production launch.

Information you provide

If you register, we store your name, email address, and password hash. We never store your account password in plain text. Favorites, ratings, and game scores are associated with your account when you use those features.

Game activity

We record game starts, approximate session duration, and aggregate play counts to operate the catalog. Guest recent-game history is stored in your browser. You can clear it through your browser’s site-data controls.

Optional analytics and advertising

Google Analytics and Google advertising tags are disabled until you make an optional choice in the consent banner. You can reject optional tags or accept analytics separately from advertising. You can change your browser’s stored choice by clearing this site’s local storage; a persistent settings control should be added before production launch.

Games and third parties

Game content runs in a restricted browser frame. We do not intentionally give games access to your account password. External embeds and developer uploads are not enabled in the launch catalog.

Retention and requests

Account information and associated activity are retained while needed to provide the service. For access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions, contact SunloopMedia through its main website. Production launch should add a direct monitored privacy contact and an operational deletion process.

Children

The site is not designed to collect personal information from children below the age required by applicable law. If you believe a child has created an account without appropriate authorization, contact SunloopMedia.
